Session Options

PT Sessions are 1 hour long and include a full gym program and nutritional advice where appropriate. We’ll organise for a first session consultation to discuss your goals and figure out how exactly best we can help you.

Our pt sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly routine that is paid upfront for the month ahead. For example - if you train once per week with us then you’ll pay £180 for the coming month and be booked in for your preffered time slot every week.

(if there happens to be an extra session in that month because of how the day’s fall then you get that on the house!)

Once per week sessions

Train with us once a week on a monthly rate.

- £45 per session

Twice or more per week

Train with us multiple times per week on a monthly discounted rate.

- £40 per session

One off sessions

a one off pt session to help you tune up technique or help you with specific skills.
