  • As an ardent enthusiast of health and fitness, I dedicate my life to exploring finding the perfect balance for optimal health, happiness, and longevity. My passion extends beyond personal fulfilment to understanding these factors from a broader population perspective.

  • My drive was cemented the first time a client shared how our training sessions positively influenced all areas of their life, from work to relationships. I realised that my role extended beyond just the physical and touched the heart of my true passion - understanding individuals' needs and aspirations. I take immense pleasure in uncovering what motivates my clients and how I can contribute to enhancing their life, even if in a modest way!

  • My goal is to educate people on preventing age-related degeneration through simple lifestyle alterations and habit changes. I guide individuals on their journey to becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most capable versions of themselves.

  • With 15 years as a personal trainer and over 25 years in health and fitness, I've observed many trends come and go. The constant, however, is understanding the significance of proper movement and fostering lifestyle changes for long-term success. My recent focus has been on understanding and preventing age-related degeneration. I firmly believe that we can become far more capable as we age than previously recognised!

  • My mantra is 'Balance & Understanding.' Our lifestyles and habits shape us and pave the way for who we can become. By comprehending your true desires and envisioning the person you wish to be, we can tailor your lifestyle choices and habits accordingly.

  • My fitness exploration has led me to boxing rings, MMA cages, ultra-marathons (100km), triathlons, obstacle course races, SAS Who Dares Wins, and CrossFit competitions, to name a few. I thrive on challenging myself, pushing my limits, and discovering my true capabilities.

  • Keep it simple and consistent. Enjoy the process rather than solely focus on outcomes,, move frequently, move well, and remember that maintaining a balanced diet doesn’t need to be complex.

  • Helping a person evolve and progress in ways they never thought possible is an incredible experience. But creating a community where everyone supports each other on their journey to better health is by far the most rewarding accomplishment of my life.
